From Brooklyn:
Based on your Location in Brooklyn:

• Head toward the Belt Parkway East. From most parts of Brooklyn, you’ll take local streets to reach an entrance for the Belt Parkway heading eastbound toward Queens.

• Continue on the Belt Parkway into Queens. Stay on the Belt as it curves around the southern edge of Brooklyn and enters Queens.

• Take the Southern State Parkway East. Follow signs for Southern State Parkway East toward Eastern Long Island. This is the main highway that will bring you close to Franklin Square.

• Continue on Southern State Parkway to Exit 15S (Corona Avenue / Franklin Square). Exit 15S puts you on Corona Avenue, heading south toward Franklin Square.

• Follow Corona Avenue into Franklin Square. Continue straight; Corona Avenue becomes Franklin Avenue as you enter the neighborhood.

• Turn onto Holzheimer Street. Once on Franklin Avenue, you’ll make the appropriate turn (usually a right turn) onto Holzheimer Street.

• Continue to 990 Holzheimer Street. The address will be on your left or right depending on your direction of approach.

OR

• Take the BQE (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to the LIE (Long Island Expressway).

• Take the LIE to exit 31S Cross Island Pkway South.

• Take the LIE (Long Island Expressway) to exit 31S Cross Island Pkwy South

From Eastern Long Island:

• Head west on your nearest major highway.

  • If you’re near the South Shore → take Sunrise Highway (NY‑27 West)

  • If you’re inland → take the Long Island Expressway (I‑495 West)

  • If you’re near the North Shore → take the Northern State Parkway West

• Continue west until you reach the Cross Island Parkway or Southern State Parkway.

  • From NY‑27, you can merge directly onto the Southern State Parkway West.

  • From I‑495, exit onto the Cross Island Parkway South, then connect to the Southern State Parkway East.

  • From Northern State, merge onto the Grand Central Parkway, then the Cross Island Parkway South, then the Southern State Parkway East.

• Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 15S (Corona Avenue / Franklin Square). This is the key exit that brings you into Franklin Square.

• Follow Corona Avenue south. Corona Avenue becomes Franklin Avenue as you enter the neighborhood.

• Turn onto Holzheimer Street. Once on Franklin Avenue, make the appropriate turn onto Holzheimer Street.

• Continue to 990 Holzheimer Street.

From Cross Island Parkway:

• Take the Cross Island Parkway South. Continue south along the Queens–Nassau border.

• Merge onto the Southern State Parkway East. Follow signs for Southern State Parkway East toward Hempstead and Eastern Long Island.

• Take Exit 15S (Corona Avenue / Franklin Square). This is the key exit that brings you into Franklin Square.

• Follow Corona Avenue south. Corona Avenue becomes Franklin Avenue as you enter the neighborhood.

• Turn onto Holzheimer Street. Once on Franklin Avenue, make the appropriate turn onto Holzheimer Street.
